Dear Healthcare Professionals,
We are coming together once again in the fields of burn care and chronic wound management, areas that often remain in the background of medicine yet stand at the very center of human life.
Following the “Wound–Burn Symposium” held in 2023 under the leadership of Ahmet Çınar Yastı, we are pleased to share our excitement in organizing the second Wound–Burn Congress in Antalya in 2026.
Throughout this congress, we will address a broad spectrum of topics ranging from clinical experience to academic research, from emerging therapeutic approaches to the organization and delivery of healthcare services, thereby bringing our knowledge, experience, and visions into meaningful dialogue.
It will be an honor to welcome all physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and all stakeholders devoted to burn and wound care and contributing to this field.
We look forward to welcoming you to this distinguished event where science, dedicated effort, and professional solidarity converge.

All requests and changes regarding registration reservations must be submitted to the organizing secretariat in writing. For cancellation requests, you must send an email to bilgi@yarayanikkongresi2026.org.

The package prices above include 3 nights of accommodation (12–15 November 2026) on an ultra all-inclusivebasis.

The accommodation fees above exclude 10% VAT and 2% Accommodation Tax. Any changes in tax rates will be reflected accordingly.

Hotel check-in time is from 14:00 at the earliest, and check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional charge. Outside these hours, the hotel is not obliged to allocate rooms to participants; however, assistance may be provided subject to availability. Support will be provided regarding luggage storage for early arrivals and late departures.

Room availability is limited; once the quota is full, accommodation registration will be closed.

Accommodation fees are valid for participants who register by 1 August 2026. Registrations made after 1 August 2026 will be subject to an additional 15% late accommodation fee. If participants who registered early do not complete their payments by 1 August 2026, an additional 20% late accommodation fee will be applied.

If the late accommodation fees stated above are not paid by 29 October 2026, an additional 15% on-site accommodation fee will be added on top of the late accommodation fee.

Participants (or their sponsors) who do not stay at the congress hotel during the scientific program and who do not purchase accommodation through the congress agency will be charged an additional outside participant feerequired by the hotel. The congress outside participant fee is EUR 95 + VAT per day.

Participants attending with an accompanying person may benefit from the same accommodation fees.

All reservation cancellations must be notified to the congress secretariat in writing.

Participants who do not purchase accommodation through the congress organizing company and who register only (without staying at the congress hotel) are required, in addition to the congress registration fee, to pay a daily outside participation fee of EUR 130 + VAT in order to use the hotel services within the concept between 09:00–18:00 on 12–15 November 2026, and to benefit from congress-specific refreshments and social events. Participants who do not pay the outside participation fee will have an invalid congress registration.

The outside participation fee must be collected from all participants and company representatives, regardless of registration type. This fee includes access to the congress center during the scientific program and activities, lunch meals, and refreshments served at the congress center.

PAYMENTS
Payments can be made to the specified IBAN account in EUR or Turkish Lira (TRY). For payments made in TRY, the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) exchange rate valid on the transaction date must be used as the basis.
